Lawn Care Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the lawn care team to ensure efficient operations

• • Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and irrigation
  ‍
• • Train and mentor team members on best practices in lawn care and groundskeeping
  ‍
• • Inspect competed work to ensure adherence to quality standards
  ‍
• • Develop maintenance schedules for gardens and landscaped areas to promote healthy growth
  ‍
• • Manage equipment usage and maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites
  ‍
• • Maintain and advocate for all Flatrock residents’ rights
  ‍
• • Complete any additional tasks assigned
  ‍

Qualifications:

• • Proven experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is essential
  ‍
• • Strong leadership skills with a background in supervising teams
  ‍
• • Knowledge of groundskeeping techniques, irrigation systems, and garden maintenance practices
  ‍
• • Proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  ‍
• • The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude
  ‍
